Please join the Wisconsin School of Business Strategic Human Resource Management Center for our SHR Symposium 2025. Our Symposium theme, HR Forward: Connections, Innovation, and Leadership, remains consistent to our values – learning, connecting, and discussing innovating topics.

This year, our Symposium will be held on Friday, October 3 at the Pyle Center in the heart of downtown Madison, Wisconsin. After, join us in the beautiful Pyle Center Alumni Lounge for a networking reception.
WHY ATTEND
The SHR Symposium provides a space to build connections, share HR knowledge, and engage with SHR MBA students, alumni, industry professionals, friends of the Center, and UW faculty and staff. As an academically aligned educational program, our SHR Center is a SHRM Recertification Provider; our SHR Symposium will be eligible for up to five SHRM professional development credits. Your attendance also supports the development of our future strategic human resource leaders.
Participate in an all-day event that will engage you with dialogue around strategic human resources leadership and cutting-edge content, including neurodiversity in the workplace, early career professional perspectives, and AI and compliance.

Throughout the Symposium, attendees will have the opportunity to build relationships with others who are interested in timely and critically important human resources content and discuss the future of HR thinking. SHR Symposium 2025 brings diverse perspectives together from around the country to think critically about HR in the modern world, empowering innovation in the workplace, and will equip you with knowledge for future success.
