October in Madison is a glorious time to visit, but it will be busy. If you need lodging, we encourage you to book your hotel stay early. We have limited room blocks available at the two hotels listed below for the SHR Symposium. Guests must reserve by Friday, August 26, 2024 to secure the group rate. Where to Park
Visitor parking on campus is on a space-available basis, primarily in campus gated lots and ramps. You can check live visitor parking availability day-of or you may purchase a permit ahead of time. To purchase ahead, complete the value permit order form or call Special Events at (608) 262-8683. Please allow two weeks for processing.
